Twincat NC SetPoint interval in 2ms

Yaskawa Sigma5 receive command profile as bellow

In acceleration & deceleration period the profile has velocity diff =(Accel(rpm/s2) or Decel * SetPoint Interval(SAF task time)


And will cause not smoothing duration acceleration/deceleration

Set In Twincat System Manager Object Index 2217


Recommend setting range : setpoint interval or less then setpoint interval

Effect

After setting will get smoother acceleration profile

This setting can improve performance during ramp , especially in fast ramp time case.


Note
This setting only for liner acceleration type(or close to liner type , huge jerk case) , otherwise the distortion of real profile must to take into accunt.
Never set the value bigger then setpoint interval or will get poor profile shape 

The parameter is not save in EEPROM , so please add the setting in startup list
